This luxury villa is located on a panoramic position looking on the old Farneta Abbey and it is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodlands.

Furnished with precious antique furniture from the 18th and 19th century, it is a luxury villa of a hight quality. The furniture is cared for its small details with modern and functional accessories that permit you stay to be in total relax in a environment full of charm. The villa is surrounded by extensive private garden with olive trees and age old once, where you will find the swimming pool ( 6x12m).

This luxury holiday villa is on three floors and ultimate care has been taken while restoring the villa with antique furnitures and luxury amenities for your luxurious holidays in Tuscany.

Ground Floor: On the ground floor you can find a large living room with several doors onto the garden and an elegant dining area adjacent. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a big fire place. Then you find a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide choice of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee). A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer, and iron. At this floor there is a bathroom with shower.

First Floor: On the first floor you find two double bedrooms with bathrooms inside with shower and tub (one of these is a jacuzzi). Then there is a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and tub, and a faboulos terrace which looks into the swiiming pool.

Second Floor: On the second floor you find one double bedrooms, and a triple room one with bathroom with shower and tub and one with shower only. Then there is a large recreation room with a ping pong table, a complete gymnaisum, a sauna for six persons and an area relax (relaxing massages and extetitian on requests), a gaming table and a corner bar.

The completely enclosed garden has ancient trees and delightful Mediterranean plants, a 6x12 m swimming-pool for guests private use, and various spacious well-equipped areas for relaxation and for romantic dinners by candlelight. In the garden there are a lot of comfortable sofas, a ping pong table and a corner with toys for kids. All the equippement necessary for the kids are at the guests disposal.

Guided tours and wide range of exciting and romantic activities such as personal shopping in Florence, Rome and Milan, helicopter tours, wine-tasting, marble quarrier in Carrara, Yachting or sailing reservation to Cinque Terre with breakfast and lunch or dinner onboard can be arranged on request.
