Villa Maxine combines ultra-modern luxury with one of the most breathtaking views on the Riviera, set within the beauty, the charm, the art, the festivities, and the rich culture of Provence. The Villa is a short walk from St. Paul's famous Maeght Foundation, considered one of the finest modern art museums in the world. The Villa is very much a modern work of art itself: Constructed of albinic Provencal stone sculpted in bold sweeping lines. A retractable and glass-enclosed reception atrium Vaulted & pillared halls within Sleek marble flooring throughout. The Villa enjoys an airy modern feel, while retaining a comfortable and intimate ambience. The Villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms (2 suites, 2 sea view rooms and 2 garden view rooms). All rooms are luxury quality and fully stocked with linen, towels, etc.
All rooms are equipped with: - private balcony or terrace, en-suite baths, TV/VCR/DVD (with a library of DVD's and Video Tapes, mostly English), Telephone, Air Conditioning. The Villa features a fully equipped, modern bar/kitchen (huge refrigerator/ice-maker), luxury common rooms, an exceptional view of the sea and the valley of the Loup, security systems, one of the largest private pools on the Riviera, extensive gardens and truly unique architecture. The pool is also fenced for safety. We also provide maid service, gardener, and pool service, included in the price - as well as water and electricity.

The house is beautiful and the view of St Paul de Vence simply spectacular!!!
The rooms were well kept and the social areas of the house large enough to accommodate our whole family
The location is perfect to tour the Cote D’Azur and any place of interest is no more then 1 hour away (of course depending on the traffic!)
A Scottish lady came in everyday to clean and she was very helpful with all our needs around the house
So, we had a great time and I can recommend this property to anyone interested in this area

We stayed at Villa Maxine just after it opened three years ago and since then we have recommended it to British and American friends who found it, as we did, to be a truly outstanding villa— a perfect gem, in a beautiful location. The American hosts are especially welcoming. The modern villa is an architectural delight, built of a beautiful white limestone, light and airy, with a retractable roof, and with views from almost every window and terrace down over the lovely Provencal landscape all the way to the Mediterranean. Villa Maxine is luxuriously furnished with comfortable modern furniture. The spacious salon has a grand piano. The largest suite (which we used) has three separate rooms, each flowing from one to another on descending levels, so as to give an unobstructed view of the sea from each of them. The large bedroom leads down to a smaller sitting room, and then to partially enclosed terrace. The bathroom is the most luxurious we have ever seen anywhere! Enclosed in a room as large as the bedroom, one finds a huge bathtub (almost large enough to swim in) a spacious shower with nine shower heads that inundate you from every angle, and every other convenience one could want.
The grounds of the villa include a large terrace, a lovely garden, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. The villa itself is a five minute walk from the ancient village of St. Paul, the picturesque home, over the years, of many well-known artists, including Marc Chagall. The Chagall museum is only a few miles away in Nice. The Maeght Museum of modern art is less than a mile away.
